Located at Quail Rise, my private studio is perfectly set up for your one-on-one sessions.
Let me train you with a personalized program specific to your goals and aspirations.
I have created a comfortable environment that welcomes clients of all ages, abilities, shapes, sizes and motivations. Clients also range in how often they visit me, be this several times a week, fornightly or monthly.  I can also tailor a program you can do in the comfort of your own home.
Your Local Park


The Gym environment not your thing. No problem we can work out at a park/reserve area that is convenient for you.

I will provide all the necessary equipment required for you to get the most out of your workout.

In Your Own Home


Got littlies or work from home and don't have the time to travel to the gym or park. I can come and train you at your place, indoors or outdoors, in the garage or living room. During your lunch break or while the baby sleeps, training in the comfort of your own home couldn't get any easier. I bring all the equipment needed for a great workout.
